This page explains the cookies xhealthnetwork uses, published by Caresoft Systems Private Limited, Mumbai, India. Read it with the Privacy Policy. The DMCA Policy follows at the end of this page.
The short version. A handful of cookies keep you signed in, remember your preferences and keep the site secure. Analytics run only if you choose "Accept all".
There are no advertising, retargeting or social tracking cookies anywhere on xhealthnetwork — not on the public site, not behind sign-in, not in the newsletter. We do not operate ad exchanges and do not share data with ad networks.
1. What cookies are
Small text files stored by your browser. Some are necessary for a site to work at all — keeping you signed in, protecting a form from another site. Others are optional and need your consent.
2. Cookies we set

Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent because the site cannot function without them. Everything else waits for your choice.
3. Analytics
- Analytics run only if you choose "Accept all", and choosing "Essential only" changes nothing about what you can read.
- They measure aggregate behaviour — which articles are read, how far down people get, which sections work.
- IP addresses are truncated before storage where the provider supports it.
- We do not track you across other websites, do not build advertising profiles, and do not combine analytics with your account activity.
- Why we ask at all: we are a small newsroom and knowing what readers actually finish tells us what to commission next.
4. No advertising cookies
We place no advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies on any xhealthnetwork page.
No ad network pixels. No Meta pixel. No LinkedIn Insight Tag. No DoubleClick. Nothing that follows you off this site.
Where we carry display advertising, it is sold directly and served by us, counted in aggregate, and set no cookie on your device.
5. The newsletter
The Daily Grid uses a tracking pixel to count opens and tagged links to count clicks. Blocking images in your email client turns opens off entirely. We use this to see which stories readers actually open — not to build a profile, and never shared with sponsors.

7. Changing your choice
- Use the cookie settings link in our footer, any time.
- "Essential only" and "Accept all" are the same size, the same colour weight, and side by side. No pre-ticked boxes, no hidden reject option, no second screen to decline.
- Your browser can block or clear cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in.
- Clearing cookies signs you out and resets preferences. Nothing else is lost.
8. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically as a refusal of all non-essential cookies. We do not override it, do not re-ask, and do not show you the banner again on that browser.
9. Consent records
When you make a choice we record what you chose, when, and which banner version you saw — so we can show consent was properly obtained. Kept 12 months, contains no advertising identifier.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this page as the site changes. Any change to §4 would be announced prominently and in advance — not made quietly.
